====== Styles File ======

Styles File is where you create your product and hold the information for each product. 
Styles File is also used in Purchase Orders and Add Stock. 

===== Add a New Product =====

  * Press Green Add Button 
  * Fill in New Style information – Press Save. 

===== Add an Additional Colour to Existing Products =====

  * Style file to be on the product that requires the additional colour
  * Select Colour palette 
  * Tick colour(s) required on the left and send to the right using the arrow. 
  * Press Ok. The style will now save with the additional colours. 

===== Clone ===== 
Clone allows you to clone an existing items information to make adding a product quicker. 

  * Style file to be on the product you wish to clone. 
  * Press Clone, everything other than Style and Description is copied. 
  * All Fields cloned can be changed. 

===== Search =====
Search allows you to search existing products. To Edit/View the existing information. 
  * Press search, fill in filter. Press Ok
  * Select Product from list you wish to view press ok. 

Search remembers your last search filter. Press clear to clear search filter. 

===== Prices =====
Prices allows you to change the prices per size for the style currently loaded. 

  * Change Prices accordingly, press Save. 

===== External ===== 
External can be used to tag supplier barcodes for the style currently loaded.

  * Scan Supplier barcodes in external, press Save. 
SKU is used for website use only. 

===== Image =====
Allows you to use to upload one image for for the style currently loaded.  

  * This feature switches off by default. To turn on Call the support team. 
  * Press Load, select image and press save. 
Please Note Fashione Images do not link to integrated websites. 

===== Stock ===== 
Allows you to view stock by branch for the style currently loaded. 

===== Min/Max Stock =====
Allows you to add minimum and maximum stock levels by branch for if the product is a continuous stock item. 
  * This feature switches off by default. Switch on in Security. 
  * Add Min/Max quantities. Press Save. 
Min/Max Stock is used in Purchase Orders & Replenishment. 

===== Barcodes =====
Shows you the number of barcodes in the label printer. You can use this to add barcodes in to the label printer. 

  * Add Barcode quantities. Press Save.

===== Bin No =====
Allows you to set bin locations by branch against the style currently loaded.
  * Add Bin Number. Press Save 
  * Right click for more useful copy features
  * 
Bin Numbers are used in back office transfers and some website integrations. 

===== Quick Searches =====
At the top of the styles file screen there are some quick search options. 
  * External
  * Retail Price
  * Cost Price 
  * Cost equals Retail 
  * Website Flag Yes 

===== Info Tab =====

The info Tab gives you more details about the product such as:

  * Created Date
  * Updated Date
  * Created Age
  * Updated Age 

End of Life ( Do Note Use):
  * More Details 
  * Comments

==== Commodity Codes ====

This is where you can add the commodity code. 
  * Type in code.
  * Press Save

The + above each style file field means you can quick add a new selection instead of going in to settings.
