====== Email Receipts ====== Email receipts is an additional service that needs to be added. Please contact the support desk to get this enabled. Please Note: there email will only be used to send the email and will not save. This is for GDPR. ===== Transaction is Customer Tracked ===== * Search/Add Customer at the beginning of the sale. * Do sale as normal. * Press Finalise on the Sale. * Press Email Receipt. * The customers email should be already filled in, if you already have there email. * Press OK. ===== Using there Email for Marketing ===== Due to [[info:gdpr|GDPR]] you can not save a customers email address when you have only asked them about emailing a receipt to them. To save customer email addresses in the system you need to use [[pos:tracksales|customer tracking]].
