Add Stock

Add stock is where you can add stock to your system by branch. Add Stock puts the stock directly in to the branch selected one saved. This can be used to add new products or add stock to existing products.

• Press Green Add Button
• Reference automatically fills in. This can be changed.
• Select Branch and Add Reason

• Press Style, Styles File will Load.
• Press Green Add Button
• Fill in New Style information – Press Save. Add any additional colours using the colour palette.
• Closes Styles File, this will take you to add the stock quantity grid.
• Left Grid is existing Stock. Right Grid is where you add the stock quantity.
• To move across the size grid press enter after entering each stock quantity.
• Press add at the bottom of the screen to confirm stock quantities.
• You will now be taken back to add stock screen.
• Press Save to finalise or continue to add more products by using the add or style button.

• Press Add, Search will load.
• Add Search information, press Ok. Select the item from the list, Press Ok.
• Left Grid is existing Stock. Right Grid is where you add the stock quantity.
• To move across the size grid press enter after entering each stock quantity.
• Press add at the bottom of the screen to confirm stock quantities.
• You will now be taken back to add stock screen.
• Press Save to finalise or continue to add more products by using the add or style button.

If you make a mistake on the stock quantity, you can use the delete button to remove the line.

• Select line with the mistake, this will highlight it.
• Press Delete.

Pressing Save will ask you if you want to create barcodes.

• YES: Barcode quantity’s will be sent to the label printer in Fashione.
• NO: Barcodes quantity’s will not be created.

Label Printer in Fashione is like a barcode waiting area. When barcodes are created, they do not print straight away. They go in to label printer for when you are ready to print them. For example, you can do multiple add stocks then go to label printer when done to print all barcodes.
