Allows you to change the quantity of an item if selling more than one of the same item.

• Scan Item.
• Select Qty.
• Enter Qty.
• Press Ok.

Dept is short for Open Department. This allows you to sell a none stock item.

• Press Dept.
• Select Category, Press Ok.
• Select Deprtment, Press Ok.
• Enter Value, Press Ok.
• Open Department Item will be on the transaction screen.

Find is product search. If the barcode is damaged/missing you can use find to find the item you wish to sell. Depending on your setting you can be taken to the following either search screens.

• Enter Style, Press Ok (Full or Partial search will work).
• Select Correct Style From Results.
• Select Colour.
• Select Size.
• Item will now be on the transaction screen.

• Enter PLU, Description or Style (Full or Partial search will work).
• Select Correct item from the list. Press Ok.
• Item will now be on the transaction screen.

Hold is where you can hold a transaction to resume later. For example you scan and bag all the items up, but the customer has left there purse in the car. You can hold the transaction so when they return you can pull the held transaction back up. Please note this does not remove the item from stock.

• Press Hold.
• Enter Reminder e.g Customer Name.
• Press Ok. The POS will log out and print a hold receipt.

Resume is where you would resume a transaction that was put on hold.

• Press Resume.
• Select held transaction or Scan barcode.
• Press Ok. Items will not be brought back up on the transaction screen.

Stock allows you to check stock of the item from the POS.

• Scan Item.
• Highlight item on transaction screen.
• Press Stock.
• In Branch Stock will show.
• If Multi Branch, select colour/size. Global stock will show.

Void allows you to remove items of the transaction screen before finalising the sale.

• Press Void.
• Use selection boxs to tick what items you want to remove.
• Press Ok. Transaction screen will now be updated.
