Magento sync allows your Fashione system link to you Magento website. There are three stages of the sync.
There are Magento and Fashione setting that need to be in place for product creation.
Below is a list of Magento settings currently available. The Magento settings are usual discussed with the customer prior to the integration being switched on.
| Enable Product | When an item is upload is the item enabled by default. |

| Attribute Set | The product attribute is a Mageto template to how the products are created. |
| Create Colours | Option to create the colour that are in Fashione for products it creates. |
| Create Size | Option to create the sizes that are in Fashione for products it creates. |
| Create Brand | Option to create the brands that are in Fashione for products it creates. |
| Brand Name | What brand is called in the Magento Attribute Set |
| Create Season | Option to create the seasons that are in Fashione for products it creates. |
| Season Name | What season is called in the Magento Attribute Set |
| Create Category | Option to create the categorys that are in Fashione for products it creates. |
| Website Branches | Which branches are included in the website stock figure. |
| Website Product | A product has to be set to yes to be created on Magento. |
| Website Brands | In settings you can set a brand to be website yes. When the brand is selected on creating a product in Fashione the website Yes/No Flag will match. |
| Sales Branch | The branch where website sales are recorded. Usually this is set to a separate website branch. |
When an item is created on Magento from Fashione, it will be created based on the settings that are set above.
On Magneto for each product a configurable item will be created as well as simple products. Simple products are the different colour and size variants available for that one configurable product.
You will be better speaking to you website provider to provide details and training on how to add images and other Magento product settings/features.
The sync will create an item on Magento if the relevant Fashione settings are set for the product to upload. The sync is usually scheduled to run ever five five minutes. When an item on fashione is set to be on the website, on the next scheduled run the item will create on Magento.
If a product has been created on Magento and this was a mistake you will need to set the item to website no in Fashione, then delete the item from Magento. Fashione can not delete items from Magento once they are created.
Stock levels are updated using the PLU or SKU depending on the set up. The Sync will update stock levels when an item is sold in the shop or if an item is sold online.
Usually the Magento sync is set up to update stock levels every 5 minutes.
The sync will download website sales and record the sales in Fashione usually under the website branch. This reduces the stock level on Fashione. Then the sync updates the website with the new stock figure.
The website sales will be customer tracked in Fashione unless they are a guest check out.
Orders that are refunded or returned online are also passed back to Fashione to be recorded. The items will go back in to stock on Fashione. Then the sync updates the website with the new stock figure.
