 +Import EAN/SKU allows you to add and import EAN, SKU and Commodity Codes in multiple ways.

 +===== Search and Add =====
 +You can use the search icon to search and select the products you which to add  EAN, SKU and Commodity Codes to. 
 +
 +You can add the codes directly within the software by single copy and paste, paste grid or scanning the barcodes with a scanner.

 +==== Single Copy and Paste ====
 +  * Copy the code.
 +  * Select the code field you which to copy and paste in.
 +  * Paste the code in the field.
 +  * Repeat and press save once you have finished.

 +==== Paste Grid  ====
 +This uses excel as an example. 
 +In excel you can highlight multiple lines in a column. Using the paste grid icon the codes can then be pasted in to Fashione.

 +  * Select your multiple columns in excel and copy. 
 +  * Select the code field where you wish to start. 
 +  * Press the Paste Grid Icon, this will paste the multiple column selected in. 
 +  * Repeat and press save once you have finished.

 +==== Scanning the Barcode ====
 +  * Select the code field. 
 +  * Scan the barcode. 
 +  * The field selected will automatically go down by one, you can now scan the next item.
 +  * Repeat and press save once you have finished.

 +====== Importing and Exporting ====
 +You can export the product information displayed to a csv file, which you can then open to work on in excel, by adding to codes in to the file.

 +**The order of the file must NOT be changed, and don't worry that the PLU has had it leading zeros stripped, it will still import **.

 +==== Exporting File ====
 +  * Seach and select products. 
 +  * Press Export and Save. 
 +
 +==== Importing File ====
 +Your finished file can be imported back in to the system, which the list that you have just export still on the screen or just import on a blank screen.

 +  * Press import.
 +  * On a blank screen it will just take you directly to select the file.
 +  * If you have products listed, it will ask whether you would like to clear the products or not. 
 +  * Once you have selected the file and pressed open, it will import the file and give you some importing results (number imported, number of errors and number of lines). 
 +  * Press save once happy.
