Magento Sync

Magento sync allows your Fashione system link to you Magento website. There are three stages of the sync.

  • Product Creation
  • Synchronising Stock Levels between Fashione and Magento
  • Synchronising Sales between Magento and Fashione.

Product Creation

There are Magento and Fashione setting that need to be in place for product creation.

Magento Settings

Below is a list of Magento settings currently available. The Magento settings are usual discussed with the customer prior to the integration being switched on.

Enable Product When an item is upload is the item enabled by default.
Group by Style Uploads the style with all its colour and size variations under one configurable product
Attribute Set The product attribute is a Mageto template to how the products are created.
Create Colours Option to create the colour that are in Fashione for products it creates.
Create Size Option to create the sizes that are in Fashione for products it creates.
Create Brand Option to create the brands that are in Fashione for products it creates.
Brand Name What brand is called in the Magento Attribute Set
Create Season Option to create the seasons that are in Fashione for products it creates.
Season Name What season is called in the Magento Attribute Set
Create Category Option to create the categorys that are in Fashione for products it creates.

Fashione Settings

Website Branches Which branches are included in the website stock figure.
Website Product A product has to be set to yes to be created on Magento.
Website Brands In settings you can set a brand to be website yes. When the brand is selected on creating a product in Fashione the website Yes/No Flag will match.
Sales Branch The branch where website sales are recorded. Usually this is set to a separate website branch.
