Promotions is where you can set up a discount event or our sale item prices prior to the event or sale taking place.

Promotions are sent to the till as part of the data poll processes, there for promotions is best used a few days in advance to set up your promotions.

• Press the Green Add Button
• Fill in your Reference
• Add your Start and End Dates.
• Press the Green Add Product Button to add your products to the promotion.
• On the search results tick the items you want to put in promotion and select Ok.
• This will take you back to the promotion screen with the selected items.
• You can advance search multiple times add more items to one promotion.
• You can set the sale price individually or using the bulk applies at the top of the screen.
• To finish your promotion press save.

Please Note - The active button needs to be ticked for the promotion to be active.

Examples of how advance search can be used on example promotions.

Example 1 - A certain brand for current season to have 15% off.

• Start Promotion.
• Press Green Add Product Button.
• On advance search enter brand name and season name, press ok.
• Select All and Press Ok,
• Enter 15 in Bulk Discount (%) and press Apply.

Example 2 - Two Brands for current season to have 15% off

• Start Promotion.
• Press Green Add Product Button.
• On advance search enter first brand name and season name, press ok.
• Select All and Press Ok.
• Press Green Add Product Button.
• On advance search enter second brand name and season name, press ok.
• List is now populated with both search results.
• Enter 15 in Bulk Discount (%) and press Apply.

Example 2 - Entering individual items for different sale prices

• Start Promotion.
• Press Green Add Product Button.
• On advance search enter first search.
• Select and Press Ok.
• Change sale price (use right click to set all style).
• Press Green Add Product Button.
• On advance search enter next search and continue to ass and enter sale prices.

Promotions are sent to the till as part of the data poll processes, there for when a promotion is edited it will only update the till on the next data poll.

• Press Search
• Enter Date Range or Reference. Press Ok.
• Product search will then appear. Use if required. Press Ok.
• Select promotion from list and press OK.

• Round up Zero
• Round up to 5.00
• Round Up to 9.00
• Round to .99
• Round to .95
• Round down Zero
