Back Office - Set Up - Staff

Staff allows you to create user accounts for each of your staff. This allows them to log in to system with their own username and password.This setup is important, it can be useful when you want to track what staff member has performed a task. Sharing the same user is not recommended.

How To Use:

  • Click the Add button
  • Enter the staff members first name and surname
  • Enter Display Name - This prints as served by on receipts.
  • Enter a user name and password.
  • Select a security group.
  • Click the Save button.

To change an existing staff member, Press the Edit Pencil button.

  • Contact: Store your staff members contact details.
  • Job Details: Allows you to add more about there job details.
  • Branches: What branch access is allowed for this staff member.
  • Other: This is End of Life. Please do not use this tab.
