Power Button: Hold Down for a few seconds to switch on/off. The printer should beep.

If you printer is not printing correctly usually a power on self test can resolve this. This clears the printer buffer.

• Turn your printer off using the power button.
• Hold in the feed button, and turn the printer back on.
• A self test should now print. Let go of the buttons and press the feed button once.
• A long receipt should not print.
• Do a test print from Fashione. If the printer is still not working call the support desk.
