Email Receipts

Email receipts is an additional service that needs to be added. Please contact the support desk to get this enabled.

After the finalise screen, you can press email receipt.

Normal Transaction

  • Press Finalise on the Sale.
  • Press Email Receipt.
  • Type in there email and press OK.

Please Note: there email will only be used to send the email and will not save. This is for GDPR.

Transaction is Customer Tracked

  • Search/Add Customer at the beginning of the sale.
  • Do sale as normal.
  • Press Finalise on the Sale.
  • Press Email Receipt.
  • The customers email should be already filled in, if you already have there email.
  • Press OK.

Using there Email for Marketing

Due to GDPR you can not save a customers email address when you have only asked them about emailing a receipt to them. To save customer email addresses in the system you need to use customer tracking.
