Direct Debit Payments

Direct debit payments are set up to collect monthly payments and to create one off payments.

Monthly payments are usually set up on the 1st of the month.

One off payments can take 5 business days to be collected.

Changes to Direct Debit

Any changes to your direct debit, will be notified by email to you by GoCardless, our direct debit provider.

Changes only occur when your plan has been changed or you have received notice of a price change. Our monthly software service pricing is usually reviewed every 2 years.

Failed Payments

As of 1st January 2024, any failed direct debits payments will have a £5 resubmission fee. This is due to our direct debits provider now passing on surcharge fees on failed payments.
