Pre-Pay Support is £85.00 plus VAT.
This payment is required upfront and covers you for 5 consecutive working days. This service only covers the Fashione software and other processes that require our software to work.
Pre-Pay Support does not cover software reinstallation, data cleaning or manipulation, data reconstruction of any loss of data and these are quoted separately on a case-by-case basis.
Pre-Pay support does not cover weekends or bank holidays. You need a software support subscription in place for emergency on call weekend and bank holiday support. Pre-Pay Support is non-refundable, only on occasions were the support team cannot resolve the issue, is where we will consider issuing a partial refund.
