Pre Pay Support is £85.00 plus VAT.
This payment is required upfront and covers you for 5 consecutive working days. This service only only covers the Fashione software and other processes that require our software to work.
Pre Pay Support does not cover software reinstallation, database cleaning/manipulation, data reconstruction of any loss of data and these are quoted separately on a case by case basis.
Pre pay support does not cover weekends or bank holidays. You need a software support subscription in place for emergency on call weekend and bank holiday support. Pre Pay Support is non refundable, only on occasions were the support team can not resolve the issue, is where we will consider issuing a partial refund.
