Style fact file gives you lots of information on one screen by style.
To the left of the screen this is information shows the product information.

How to Basic Search
By Barcode
- Press Barcode
- Scan item ( Manually Type and Press Ok)
- Screen will now load
By Root PLU
- In the Root PLU box type the Root PLU and press enter
By Style
- In the Style box type the Style and press enter
Advanced Search
- Select Search
- Advance Search will appear
- Press Ok, select item from list and press ok.
Addiotional Features
Colour Selection
The style will load and you use the colour drop down to select which colours information you would like to view,
Branch Selection
The style will load and by default it will show you the information for all branches. Use the drop down to select a branch you would like to view.
Date Selection
Use the start and end dates below to change the search results. Press View. Some fields are not affected by date range, these are listed aboved.
Export
- Right click anywhere on the grid
- Press Export
Open Styles File
- Right Click
- Press Styles File, Styles file will now open to item searched.
View History
- Right Click
- View History
View history allows you to view a detailed history for the product you have searched. This is by colour so make sure on style fact file you have selected the correct colour.
- Filter by Branch
- Filter by Size
- Filter by only Stock Data ( Orders and Stock Compare are not stock data)
- Order by Branch
- Press View for history to appear
- Press Export to export data
