Support Manger

Support Manger is where you can delete and make system changes.

WARNING: This part of the program can delete critical system data.

When you click on to support manager it will ask you for the password. The password is todays DDMMYY.

Products

Add Size

To add a size to an exsiting size scale first of all you will need to know the size scale name.

  • Select size scale name
  • Type size name you wish to add
  • Press Yes to confirmation message.

Currently at the moment sizes that are added on later go to the end of the size scale. If the size scale is in use by 100 products it will add the new size to every product using that size scale.

After this you will need to go to styles file and update the cost and retail price for the new size.

Change Colour

When a style has been saved the colours can not be edited directly in styles file. Here you can change to colour.

  • Select change colour.
  • Use advance search to search for the item. Select item you wish the change the colour for in the list.
  • Press change colour, and select the correct colour.
  • Confirm warning messages.

Copy PLU to SKU

This is a setting that allows PLU to be populated in SKU. Please note that this feature is normally only used by Fashione Support.

Delete Products

To delete a product you will need the Root PLU number.

  • Select delete product.
  • Type/Paste Root PLU and press add. A summary of the item will appear.
  • You can continue to add more Root PLU's if required.
  • To delete the products press select all and delete products.
  • Confrim warning messages. The products have now been deleted.

Change Style

When a style has been saved supplier style can not be edited directly in styles file. Here you can amend the supplier style name.

  • Select change style.
  • Use advance search to search for the item. Select item you wish the change the colour for in the list.
  • Press change style, and type in the correct supplier style.
  • Confirm warning messages.

Customer

  • Add Account Balance
  • Merge
  • Loyalty
  • Delete Customer

Other

  • Delete Order
  • Clear param defaults
  • Clear web allocation

Delete Parameters

  • Select the type of parameter, for example BRAND
  • Select the names you want to delete.
  • Press Delete Parameters.
  • Press Yes to confirm the deletion.
